Terms - Vanessa Panter


To keep things simple these terms let you know where you stand at all times.  Adhering to these terms ensures our working relationship is clear and comfortable, allowing us to focus on you and achieving your objectives.  All new clients agree to these terms when embarking on work with Vanessa Panter Coaching.


Payment is via Bank Transfer; details are on your invoice.  Payment is requested upfront, unless agreed.  To secure your first session payment is requested two working days in advance. Until payment has been received your coaching journey cannot start.

Instalment Plans are available for long term projects (3 months or more).


Any special discounts will be valid for a limited time only, which will be outlined clearly to you. Discounts cannot be applied to any other offers.

Session Cancellation / Postponement

You may cancel or change your coaching session up to 48 hours prior to that session’s start time. 
Cancelling or postponing within 48 hours of your next session will result in you losing the cost and benefits of that session.

IMPORTANT – I love being flexible and working around your schedule, however, if inadequate time is given (less than 48 hours’ notice), I am left with an empty slot that could have been filled, with a loss to my business.  This can easily be prevented.

Evening Sessions

I understand that you are working with your clients during the day and may require evening sessions from time to time. Evening sessions can be booked on application on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  To avoid disappointment, I suggest that evening sessions are booked 3 weeks in advance.  Until payment is received these slots cannot be confirmed and can be lost to other clients.


My clients can work with me one-to-one for a minimum of one hour to programmes of 3 months or longer, or in group settings and via on-line courses.  The results you achieve depend very much on you and your engagement, openness, effort and time investment in the coaching process and the action you take outside of the coaching process.  Each client is very different and so are the results achieved, so it would be irresponsible to offer you guarantees. 

If you engage with the process, take action in between sessions and give your all, you are responsible for the result at the end.  The effort and commitment you invest into the process will directly affect your results.

If you are unclear of anything discussed within the coaching session you may contact Vanessa Panter coaching within 30 days and you will be offered one 30-minute re-cap session per paid session. 

Time and time keeping

It is your responsibility to confirm the agreed session, to be communicative with your coach is you need help between sessions and to be on time for each session. 

Please notify your coach if you will be late.

NOTE – the amount of time you are late will simply be deducted from the time booked.

Repeated lateness cannot be tolerated.  To get the most from your coaching experience, we advise you are prompt to each session and are prepared as necessary to get the most from that session.


Sessions take place over Zoom or in an agreed location.

Please note that I am unable to meet or coach in residential properties.  It may be possible to meet in your place of work if it is suitable for a business meeting. 

Come Prepared for your Sessions

Bring a notebook and pen or mobile device to make notes throughout the session.  Having any homework or actions completed and ready to discuss is an important part of the process, this is your work as an accountable client.

It is not your coach’s responsibility to send you session notes, it is important you take note of what you need to action throughout the sessions, take notes of what you need to remember and track your coaching journey to fully maximise the value. Any additional exercises and tools will be forwarded via email unless otherwise stated.

It is expected that you hold yourself accountable, be active in the process and complete any agreed actions within a reasonable time frame to get full value from your coaching.

Ultimately, the success of your coaching journey is based on your commitment, input and effort. 

Working with Additional Outsourced Support and Suppliers

When you work with Vanessa Panter Coaching you get the benefit of my expertise, training and experience.

There may be times when I recommend that you need additional expertise or specific knowledge.  In such cases I may suggest a resource from my network, or you may choose to source a service provider yourself.

Any resulting relationship is between you and the additional service provider.  I do not act as a broker and take no profit from making a referral, nor do I manage your outsourced service providers or suppliers unless otherwise agreed.

Privacy and 100% Client Confidentiality

All information you share with Vanessa Panter Coaching, from your very first enquiry to your post-coaching feedback form is treated as private and confidential.

Your privacy is valued above all else and your highly sensitive information is consistently protected.
